I like Apromore’s approach to process mining: easy, straight to the point. You can import event logs in a variety of formats and the first thing you see is a repository where you can organize your logs and the models you discover from these, in folders – one per project or as you wish, like in Google Drive. Once you import a log, the analysis capabilities are virtually unlimited: for example, you can overlay different statistics on top of the process map, and the no-code filter is simple and intuitive, yet it allows you to define even complex filters, like SLA violations between process milestones, or violations of 4-eye principles – ideal to identify non-compliance issues in auditing contexts. ETL support and process simulation stretch the boundaries of process mining, reaching out to data pre-processing and process improvement. Last, the new user interface is intuitive and increases the pleasure to analyse your business data.
