The customer service is the best I've worked with. They work with me and help clear up questions, no matter how simple or confusing.

After using the website version for about a month and a half or more, I can say that the overall idea of integrating AI and the previews are amazing and SUPER helpful. Something that you can do with AI is have the website recognize attachments that are similar, and use that to fill the discription. That would save its users time.
