It's a trusted brand so employees can feel comfortable providing anonymous feedback

AllVoices enables our employees to give anonymous feedback on any type of topic including DEI, Covid, employee relations, and general company things. I very much appreciate the ability to be able to message the feedback provider and ask clarifying questions which helps our follow up to be more effective. We utilize AllVoices as a communications channel directly to our senior leadership including our founders. We also the platform to solicit questions for our allhands. All in all, AllVoices has enabled our senior leaders to have a better understanding of what is going on with our employees. Employees will give us feedback on pretty much everything that is on their minds which is great. I do feel that anonymity that the platform offers has lowered the barrier for people to provide feedback and provides a good alternative to Google Forms or Survey Monkey. I think this platform can also be very helpful for companies that have bad Glassdoor reviews or are worried about situations developing into legal claims and are looking for ways to mitigate these. AllVoices enables the employee to reach out and provide their feedback before it gets to this.
