Afterpay is convenient to use as someone who sells products. It allows my customer base to open more as it allows customers to pay in smaller chunks rather than everything up front. The interface is incredibly easy to use and it allows me to earn my money in a way that makes me and the customer happy.

Seems like they have customer service reps that will respond to your inquiries. Now, they don't actually do anything to solve your issue, but they'll acknowledge the issue at least.
