Aufgrund von Covid wollten wir, dass Besucher unserer Einrichtungen ein minimales bis berührungsloses Erlebnis bei der Registrierung eines Vor-Ort-Besuchs haben, während wir auch die enge Interaktion mit unserem Empfangspersonal einschränken. Die Tatsache, dass der Besucher sein Mobiltelefon verwenden kann, um die erforderlichen Registrierungsfragen zu beantworten, ist großartig. Auch als Sicherheitsmaßnahme muss der Gastgeber seine Zugangskarte scannen, um das Besucherausweis zu drucken, wodurch unbegleiteter Zugang zum Gebäude verhindert wird.

The TDS tool has a lot of customization options that allow us to provide a digital check-in experience for our customers and employees. We've adapted the solution to help us manage our entries into the office for both visitors and employees during the pandemic. We like how fast and easy it has been to adapt and deploy the tool. I find that compared to other tools reviewed, this one has the most developed features and the team working with us is very open to improvements if there is something missing. We chose this to help us digitize from our paper log books and are very pleased with the outcome.
