Every audit, especially a PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1 audit, is a stressful experience. 7Security approached the whole process in a fully professional spirit without being "aggressive" as other auditors appear to be sometimes. Yasen (our auditor) answered to our questions with patience and in a helpful way. Audits should be a chance for a company to get better and to verify their compliance, instead of being a "punishment". 7Security are doing just that: they are helping (within the limits of being an auditor of course) you to achieve your goals. Some of the documentation they provided was great and made the process so much easier for us.
