Helps in better analysis and understand of each customer

Few things that I like most in the software is 1.) User friendly interface. 2.) The customer support service of the software is very good. 3.)It allows you to connect to several OTAs and our booking engine simultaneously. 4.) It provides all relevant features and functions in reasonable price.

Our client appreciated seeing only one fee proportional to the number of rooms available (no hidden cost or unclear small fees). The client had to call support a few times for questions or troubleshooting online issues, and the customer service team was competent.
