Unprofessional, give you the run around whenever support is needed. Have not been able to resolve constant issues with the poorly written legacy code from the early 80's. UI is ANCIENT. No pictures of vehicles STILL. No one knows anything it seems. They have Salespeople who know NOTHING about tech and are proud of the fact they can barely operate their mobile phones... SMH Absolutely horrible experience having to deal with these people. VERY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. We are looking for better solutions now and wish we had never fell for their schemes. Stay far away. It was SUPPOSE to ease our operations but has only made operations more difficult in essence as we have been literally acting as their Quality Assurance team and instead of getting paid for troubleshooting their "software" ever since they chose to migrate to the cloud, we've actually had TO PAY OVER $1k per month to be that QA team that this company lacks. How convenient! Just roll out a change to the program and use your existing clients as the QA team. Smart. Too smart for their own good. Now it is backfiring on them. And coming from a publicly-traded company this is in fact quite unbelievable. Not sure who in their right mind would 'invest' in this gong show of an operation. The speediness and quickness of the system. I also like that the customer report teams is always on hand to answer our phone calls and always willing to help us out. The updates as well. Sometimes the updates will mess up our entire system. But theyre pretty quick at fixing it and getting us back on track!

One other downfall is that the system will randomly shut down. By doing this it kicks us all out of what we are doing, and we sometimes get locked out of work orders. Not sure about business problems. It helps up with all our information and customer vehicles. Benefits are that we can see into many profiles of the system at once! Other benefits of this program is that it constantly is upgrading and evolving. We are getting faster with the system as well, allowing us to become more efficient and better at our jobs!
