Whatfix has a modern and userfriendly look and feel that brings a lot of additional value to the application. We installed whatfix on our Learning management system as we had many newcomers as administrators and whatfix helped them to master their key actions quickly. Nothing in particular. For some complex applications it may be a bit tricky to set-up the flow as well but whatfix support team helped us to overcome those difficulties. 2 important point to check before implementing tools like whatfix:
_ check with the host application (in pour case the learning management system) is the possibility to add a javascript to its header
