Workday can be a lengthy and costly implementation process. Budget is a big factor in deciding what consultants you choose to help you through this process. If we had a higher budget, I am sure we would've went with other consultants, but given the situation we were in TopBloc was the best for our wants and budget. Overall the implementation process was clear, but I think we could've made more knowledgeable and better decisions while configuring our system that we personally weren't aware of being new system users, but I would have hoped TopBloc was. Their Helpdesk services are a significant cost, but again, other services are even more expensive.
