It's easy to get a big ballpark view on a project or to doubleclick and get into the nitty gritty detail without leaving the exact same chart. It's nice to have a tool that works as an executive summary and an actual working document simultaneously. I love being able to have collaborators and invite my team to see their parts and help them envision the scope of the entire project. I wish there were few more non-hover buttons in the interface, like a persistent button for creating/adding groups, rather than knowing where my mouse needs to be to click.
