Square Invoices Vor- und Nachteile

I've been happy with square invoices for the last 2-3 years. It's clear to set up due dates, allow tips, set up notes, and I see what the customer sees. The feature where it can send reminders is great as well. Also being able to see if a client has seen their invoice is a fantastic feature. I like that you can duplicate an invoice. That's a real time saver.

I also like that you can customize your line items and send reminders directly from the app.

I like that I can edit the invoice at any time.

Suggestions; I would like to be able to copy and paste a phone number into that field. That would save me time.

Also, the discounts section could use some work. I would sometimes like to add that a deposit has been collected and paid on a certain date. This is something I have to complete manually.

It would be nice if I could sync a deposit for the same client.

A notification that a client has added a card to be saved would be helpful.

A notification that a client has added a tip would also be helpful.

It would be great if I could assign that tip to a team member.

I love that Square invoices lets me manually email a payment link or they can send one directly from the Square app. They also let me require a deposit payment and then the customer can pay the balance using the same link. The customer can also choose to keep their credit card on file for me to charge in the future. Plus the customer info syncs so I have it on the mobile app and the desktop. The only tiny con is that I have to choose the sales tax amount for every item on my invoice (I can't set the sales tax for the entire invoice in one click), and since I have a number of non-profits, I have to uncheck the sales tax box for each item on the invoice every time I'm setting up an invoice for a non-profit.
