Der Support ist sehr schnell, wenn es sich um eine einfache Lösung handelt, aber knifflige Fälle können sich hinziehen. Es wäre großartig, wenn es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, eine sofortige Synchronisierung zwischen Smartway und Active Directory durchzuführen - im Moment ist es nur eine zeitgesteuerte Synchronisierung, was ärgerlich sein kann, wenn man in Eile neue Benutzer einrichtet.
