Software does not integrate with Channel Advisor, shipping is not free (there are some added fees based on transaction counts), there is a disconnect between the sales process and implementation, knowledge is not shared among staff, implementation process is not very helpful - could have been more responsive and helpful with setup. After two weeks into implementation we knew it was not going to be a good fit and requested to cancel and get a refund. After that, they never responded to any messages. I attempted several times and not one response. This is a total scam and unprofressional in my view. I would never refer anyone to them. Save yourself the trouble and headache. The user interface is very simple, which I like. It has a lot of features that are above my pay grade, so if you're discerning, Shipedge will likely live up to your expectations. However, if you're like me and need something that you can teach to someone within 30 minutes and have them up and running, this is very good for that as well. Also, Shipedge's service is great!
