I’m satisfied with how the platform works. The only issue that can sometimes be troublesome is the lack of clear error information when creating content. For example, when I create content using a video, sometimes the file doesn’t upload to the platform, but there is no information indicating that the issue is due to the file size being too large. - the ease of use (I'm deligted with how intuitive it is - both on the user's part as well as the administrator's side)

- customer service is way beyond the expectations

- UX/UI makes the app self-explanatory

- although simple in use, the tool includes a number of features that can be composed in a very engaging advocacy programme

- additionally, thanks to a well thought-through infrastructure, the app allows various levels of content creation levels - from minimum effort (when time is not our friend at the moment) to self-created posts.

Their scalability versus clients. I wish them to have an even larger team so they can also work for more and more clients (especially international companies). This is a solution that motivates and teaches users how to properly navigate LinkedIn. In this way, even sceptical people are able to start using social media and see the value in it. This was the only one way to engage people inside the organization to increase their activity on LinkedIn. They was afraid of creating their own posts and not sure what they should write about. If I had to point out something for improvement, it would be the mobile app, but only if I really had to. Mainly because some interface elements don’t always scale well on smaller screens.
