The fact that external parties do not need to download an app or install software is a huge plus and we also appreciate the ability to centrally manage file retention for files shared through the Send and Dropzone features. Our users say that the platform is very intuitive and within a couple of minutes are able to use it for sending or receiving secure documents. The scope of our internal teams we wanted to use this platform loved it immediately and requested moving ahead with the solution post demo. Onboarding team at SendSafely was very organized and helped us stay on track with completing a full implementation into our environment within the few weeks of projectp lanning. It's critical that we are able to easily and safely send and receive documents and files to/from our clients (without them needing to log in or create accounts in order to access them). SendSafely allows us to do exactly this. We've been using it for several years and have never had any issues or complaints from our team or end users.
