I really like Sage HR's user-friendly design. It makes managing HR tasks super simple. The holiday booking system is really handy, allowing me and my colleagues to request time off with just a few clicks. Also, being able to see my colleagues' availability helps with planning projects and meetings. Being able to see my colleagues is a nice touch too, adding a sense of community. Sage HR has plenty of useful features, though there are a few areas for improvement. The mobile app can sometimes be unresponsive and awkward to use rather than the desktop version. I would say that custom options for reports could be improved to better suit individual business needs. Just getting to grips with advanced permissions, but it would be good to have an easy way to give someone admin rights over a specific group of people (a team; or a location for example).

Some things are more difficult to personalise, such as the email that is sent to someone as an invite to a 1:1, it would be good to be able to personalise the message that is sent.
