- it allows to create and manage standardized templates for e.g. word
- easy access management of users
- it integrates directly in our existing SharePoint environment and allows full access to standardized Sharepoint functionality (e.g. working together on documents, Versions, etc.)
- Very helpful Customer Success Managers

One of the more difficult aspects has been the need to deal with our internal IT to grant things like permissions for the approvals system that uses PowerAutomate.
