Giving feedback to our employees & being able to share our opinion in hopes of it being heard. I wish that our employer would require the PULSEPOINT as a required feature, and not optional. I feel that some employees find it time consuming, and a waste of time to fill out these surveys. Without filling out the surveys, the organization does not know what to fix. The technology was weak in the beginning, but it has come a long way since start up. I wish there was a way for our company to actually be forced to make changes that they find in these surveys, but unfortunately, that is not the job of this company. Ich wollte sie für unsere programmatischen Display-Kampagnen nutzen, aber sie zogen plötzlich ihren Vorschlag zurück und entschieden sich, den Vorschlag nicht zu honorieren. Keine Erklärung + keine Antworten trotz meiner Kontaktaufnahme. Extrem unprofessionell und ich würde sie definitiv niemandem in meinem Netzwerk empfehlen.
