The flexibility and range of offers - from competitions which are free to enter, through to vouchers. I really like that for some stores, you can select either to earn points when shopping, or to get a discounted voucher. The system is very user firendly and is simple but also provides everything you could want in an employee rewards system. I enjoy that there is the wellbeing videos available for users but also day to day perks such as money off shopping.
