The canvas/layout editor is quite easy to use given how many features there are in it, and it is only a very shallow learning curve before you can do things really quickly.

While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. What's best is that you can look at the data associated with your proposal templates to see what's working and what's not. At the proposal level you can even see insights down to the page level. Panda Doc allows you to see in real time if the receipient has viewed the document and it allows them to sign virtually any where by using their mobile number or email address. PandaDoc is extremely helpful in the field of Human Resources. When sending an offer letter, I can easily upload our template and input specific details in real time. From there, I can send the offer letter directly to our candidate for review and signature. Additionally. you can create an order for sginatures- this allows me to request a signature from the hiring manager first prior to the candiate viewing. I like how convenient it is to build out templates that I use often for my documents. I love how everything stays organized within PandaDoc, and how easy it is to use. I also love that you can see the status of your eSign documents, such as when they were sent, when they were viewed, and when they were signed. It's simple to use for both the user and the customer, which makes it a breeze to do business with. My company uses it as the platform to send out our customer agreements, and being able to quickly use my templates to send quotes to customers makes my customer service above average. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefällt, ist, dass man, nachdem man ein eSign-Dokument verschickt hat, keine zusätzlichen Personen zum Dokument hinzufügen kann, es sei denn, man sendet das gesamte Dokument erneut. Dies macht es etwas umständlich, wenn ein Kunde oder Klient darum bittet, zusätzliche Personen zum Dokument hinzuzufügen, und man zurückgehen und es an alle erneut senden muss. Ich habe jedoch eine Lösung dafür gefunden - wenn das Weiterleiten im Dokument aktiviert ist, kann man dem Kunden einfach sagen, er solle es an alle anderen weiterleiten, die er im Dokument haben möchte.

Was ich an PandaDoc am meisten mag, ist, wie organisiert es ist! Ich mag auch, wie sich die Farbe ändert, wenn wir das Feld für Unterschriften anwenden, um die Person zu spezifizieren. Auch wie es ermöglicht, wo die andere Person ihre Zahlungsinformationen hinzufügen kann, falls wir das anfordern möchten. Das Kontaktverzeichnis/Buch ist auch schön, wie es uns erlaubt, alle Informationen wie E-Mail, Telefonnummern, Namen usw. hinzuzufügen.
