The only true downside to working with OpenXcell from our point of view was us living in the USA, and them living in India. The time zone change was dramatic, and made for interesting meeting call times between us. However, we worked through it, and it overall was not a serious issue. There is not a lot to dislike about OpenXcell. No matter what you ask for, they will try to do it for you and they do not mind doing it several times if you are not satisfied. Even if you are not happy with the team that has been assigned to you, you can totally reach out to them and they will change it for you, which is great. The biggest challenge we face is around time zone differences, although their team makes attempts to be accomodating to this.
