Since moving to HR Cloud for all of our onboarding needs, we've been very happy. The account manager that was assigned to us has been nothing but helpful in every aspect of the process. From the beginning when we were transitioning, the flow of communication was constant and thorough. Any follow up that we've needed and assistance throughout the maintenance of our account has been answered quickly with the most professional and happy customer service. There are a few small things that I wish they would update. For instance - I wish there was more options for back and forth with documents between admin users and employees. I find that the support you receive with this system is excellent. If you need help, the team is on it. When there are things you would like to see in the system, or different functionalities that would better serve your organization, the HR Cloud team listens and works with you to best address the need. I would say that the Recruit tool has its limitations and has not met our needs at this point. On a good note, it sounds as though this application is in the process of being advanced to have additional functionalities. We may revisit at a later time.
