We have achieved significant gains through billing automation and in customer confidence. NICUS is a robust solution and allows IT service input files to be automated and mapped to customers. We also use the cost modeling for what-if scenarios, projecting long-term outlooks, and rate setting. Inside of out IT organization NICUS has become our single source of truth. Nicus is a powerful tool for ITFM. The implementation team are professionals with great knowledge and fully prepared to implement and customize the product with your needs.
