nChannel has helped us to deploy several Multi-Channel / Omni-Channel instances for clients. We build the Magento E-commerce website, and they connect the clients Point of Sale, ERP, and/or online marketplace accounts. In working with nChannel, we've helped clients streamline data between systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Quickbooks, eBay, and Amazon. Their existing connectors, paired with their ability to customize gives them a lot of resources to meet the needs of their clients. Multi-Channel builds are complex by nature. We have seen some clients get frustrated during the process, especially when the clients request scope changes, or the client's don't have the resources available to get through deployment and testing in a timely fashion. This can happen on the E-commerce build side too, so we understand it, but it can hold us up on the website launch side of things.
While we've seen nChannel continue to evolve as a company, we have seen some change over through the years, and it has impacted us, but you can't bake a cake without breaking a few eggs. nChannel ist nicht abwärtskompatibel. Als cloudbasiertes System kann es Informationen von der RMS-Zentrale abrufen und an mehrere Kanäle weiterleiten, aber es kann keine Informationen von nChannel nehmen und in RMS einfügen. In einer perfekten Welt wäre es schön, wenn nChannel als primäres System für alle Informationen fungieren könnte, die mehrere Systeme aktualisieren würden. They told us 6/8 weeks - 16 weeks later we had nothing from them after weeks and weeks of promises so we had to go to another company; they also stole our deposit eventhough they couldn't deliver a product.
