Ich habe mich am Montag, den 5.8.24, für eine kostenlose Testversion von Motion angemeldet, in der Hoffnung, die Plattform für mein Führungsteam nutzen zu können. Nachdem ich jedoch die Funktionen überprüft hatte, habe ich die Testversion am Donnerstag, den 8.8.24, gekündigt, als mein IT-Team meinen Antrag auf Integration von Motion mit Microsoft Teams ablehnte. Ohne diese Integration würde die Plattform unseren Anforderungen nicht gerecht werden. Nach der Kündigung erhielt ich einen Bestätigungsbildschirm, jedoch wurde keine E-Mail zur Dokumentation gesendet.

Trotz meiner Kündigung wurde mir am Montag, den 12.8.24, ein Betrag von 784,80 $ für ein einjähriges Abonnement, einschließlich fünf Unternehmenslizenzen, berechnet. Ich habe sofort das Kundenserviceteam von Motion wegen des Fehlers kontaktiert und zwei weitere Male nachgehakt. Ich habe jedoch noch keine Antwort oder Bestätigung meiner Nachrichten erhalten.

Ich habe Motion am 13.8.24 schriftlich gewarnt, dass ich die Belastung anfechten werde, wenn sie die Situation nicht klären. Dennoch habe ich immer noch nichts von jemandem im Unternehmen gehört. I love using Motion because it automatically schedules my tasks around my existing meetings. It's so easy to connect multiple calendars and have Motion do the heavy lifting to figure out when I have time for my tasks. I also love their new project workflow templates and the ability to create a project workflow with AI. Motion helps me to keep all of the tasks I have at hand on my calendar. I'm not always able to get to everything but Motion will reschedule it for me. I'm also able to look at my calendar to see if there is just one more thing I can do in a day instead of mindlessly trying to figure out what to do or quitting early. I love the fact that the developers are constantly upgrading or creating new ways of project and task management so that the program can be used on a personal level, or on a professional setting.

I love that I can put in all my tasks and rank them. The more detail you give, the better the app does at prioritizing your tasks. Mein größter Beschwerdepunkt im Moment ist, dass es ständig zur Wochenansicht im Kalender wechselt, anstatt zur Tagesansicht, wann immer das Programm aktualisiert wird, was sehr ärgerlich ist. Es ist ein bekanntes Problem, und sie versprechen, es zu beheben, also werden wir sehen.
