MinuteBox ist so einfach zu verwenden und ich konnte es extrem leicht in meine bestehende Praxis und meinen Arbeitsablauf integrieren. Es hat eine neue Einnahmequelle für meine Praxis eröffnet und ermöglicht es mir, effizienter und einfacher als je zuvor für Kunden zu arbeiten. Seit meine Praxis vollständig auf Remote umgestellt wurde, ist die sichere Cloud, die MinuteBox bietet, ein Lebensretter. Jetzt kann ich alle meine Kundeninformationen von meinem Homeoffice aus einsehen und den Kunden einfach und sicher Zugang gewähren. Am besten ist, dass bei Transaktionsgeschäften, CRA-Prüfungen oder wenn wir Informationen im Namen eines Kunden an die Bank senden müssen, MinuteBox dies extrem einfach macht.

Nichts bisher. Das Support-Team hat mich sehr schnell in Betrieb genommen und mir sogar geholfen, alle meine Präzedenzfälle in Ordnung zu bringen. Ich habe jetzt einige meiner eigenen Präzedenzfälle selbst mit dem visuellen Editor hinzugefügt, was viel einfacher ist als das "Programmieren", das in anderen Apps erforderlich ist. Wir nutzen MinuteBox hauptsächlich für das Management von Tochtergesellschaften, Beteiligungstabellen und Corporate Governance.

Es gibt nichts, was mir an der Plattform nicht gefällt. Das Team von MinuteBox war äußerst reaktionsschnell auf unser Feedback und unsere Bedürfnisse, sogar eine kritische Funktion, die wir benötigten, wurde in weniger als einer Woche implementiert. MinuteBox is a truly fantastic entity management platform. We have been using it to manage all of our legal entities and subsidiaries and find it extremely easy to use. Having entity management in the cloud is great and MinuteBox was the only solution that achieved our cloud security requirements.

Advanced features like entity ownership charts and cap tables that automatically get created and can easily be downloaded are super helpful. I also really love just how fast the program is. Before we started using MinuteBox, my office was filled with minute books across all of the entities I was managing. We also kept volumes and volumes of minute books in our minute book room and in storage, it was a huge pain. We tried using a few different databases to store and track legal entities in our practice, it was a complete mess. Finally, we now have one centralized place to manage and keep all of our corporate records. This alone is so much to like but with minutebox it gets even better. Remote viewing of all documents in the cloud is fast and easy and I can share any files I need with my colleagues. I was able to backup and secure so many binders that were just collecting dust and taking up space. Now all I need to decide is what to do with all these extra binders I no longer need. I love the way mintuebox handles security, since I can easily login using two factor authentication or my even more secure hardware key. So far there’s just nothing to dislike about minutebox. I’ve had two support calls with them and one email. In all cases someone from their team got back to me almost instantly. For the phone, I love that I didn’t even need to wait on hold, despite that I didn’t even call during business hours. When I emailed them a quick question, Steven from their team got back to me in under 15 minutes. He offered to go on a Zoom right away, but he also sent me a help article about my specific issue and even sent me a screen recording showing me exactly how to solve the problem, now that’s great support. I also appreciate that the team is always open for training on different aspects of minutebox whenever I need.
