During my career as a cloud engineer I've executed countless migration projects. I've tried several tools, and MigrationWiz became one of my favourites. The basic functionalities of the tool are easy to learn so you don't get overwhelmed when you first start using it, but at the same time it offers some more advanced options that can be mastered when you put some time in it. Mails are usually answered within 24 hours so in case of questions or issues you will receive support and your project won't be delayed too long. We are using currently using MigrationWiz for our mail- and Onedrive migration projects and so far we have completed all of these projects successfully. Das einzige negative Erlebnis, das ich hatte, war die langsamere Antwort vom Support, als ich gehofft hatte. Sie arbeiten mit einem 24-Stunden-SLA, was für die Planung oder Einrichtung von Projekten in Ordnung ist, jedoch, wenn man ein enges Zeitfenster für die Migration hat, bei einem kritischen Problem die Migration möglicherweise neu planen muss. Ich habe etwa 12 Stunden vor dem Ende meiner geplanten Ausfallzeit an einem Sonntag ein Support-Ticket eingereicht, und es dauerte ungefähr 8 Stunden, bis ich eine Antwort erhielt. Bis dahin hatte ich bereits eine Umgehungslösung durchgeführt, um die Migration innerhalb der Ausfallzeit abzuschließen. I have been using MigrationWiz for 7 years and have migrated well over 100,000 mailboxes across 50+ companies and it has never let me down. I primarily use it for Mail and OneDrive migrations. The software is easy to configure and implement, providing great value to my customers. The migrations are accurate and comprehensive, including archives and recoverable items. The most impressive piece of the solution is that they have a PowerShell module which allows for automation with other migration tasks....to my knowledge it is the ONLY migration platform of its type to offer a PS module to use in conjunction with the browser based UI. MigrationWiz works very well and is low-maintenance once configured appropriately. If you are having trouble, support has been great with working through any errors or other problems we have had. Eric has been fantastic with helping us with onboarding. Lindsay, our account manager, has also been great with helping us purchase the appopriate licenses to meet our needs. There is a slight learning curve with MigrationWiz. In order to get BitTitan migrations working properly, you may have to work with support. We used MigrationWiz to migrate hundreds of mailboxes to Microsoft 365, and in all cases, the process went smoothly without any issues or missing files. The functionality and settings are well documented on their website. The portal is very user-friendly. For each migration, you can view detailed information about the process, the speed of the source and destination, and the items being transferred. This is highly recommended.
