I love the AI note-taking feature. It is so accurate at taking notes AND providing easy-to-read convenient summaries. These summaries also remain accessible long after the meetings are done. I can log back into the app and see the notes there. This beats virtually every other meeting software in this category. I know Zoom has this features but I haven't seen it this convenient.
If it weren't for this feature, Microsoft Teams could be easily forgotten. I think the notes also incorporate into other Microsoft features like Calendar. I'd have to triple check that. This AI note-taker has allowed me to beat deadlines especially when I've been off a project for a considerable amount of time. I can get an easy refresher and meet deadlines with ease. You don't have to do anything with the note-taker as a meeting attendee. I think our team lead set it up once and it's done its thing automagically since.
The note-taker (and the general app) has a decent UI. I don't get frustratred using the software looking for buttons like the mic or camera. I use Microsoft Teams in Chrome browser, iPhone app, iPad app and soon will be using it on a Windows Desktop/laptop. It intergrates relaly well with platforms I already use. I don't need to change my work environment by much to make this work.
Microsoft Teams is actually exceptionally fast in-browser which is suprising. It is easy to get in even if I don't have a Microsft account. Bewertung gesammelt von und auf G2.com gehostet.
My only dislikes for Microsoft Teams are that the interface isn't the most visually appealing or comforting (although it is streamlined and not too busy); the note-taking/AI assistant sometimes feels like a real member of the chat and can be confusing if you're looking to respond to actual people; from time to time there are issues getting into a meeting which could be entirely a Microsoft servers issue but I don't think I've had this issue once with other platforms including Zoom and Google Meet.
