I love the AI note-taking feature. It is so accurate at taking notes AND providing easy-to-read convenient summaries. These summaries also remain accessible long after the meetings are done. I can log back into the app and see the notes there. This beats virtually every other meeting software in this category. I know Zoom has this features but I haven't seen it this convenient.

If it weren't for this feature, Microsoft Teams could be easily forgotten. I think the notes also incorporate into other Microsoft features like Calendar. I'd have to triple check that. This AI note-taker has allowed me to beat deadlines especially when I've been off a project for a considerable amount of time. I can get an easy refresher and meet deadlines with ease. You don't have to do anything with the note-taker as a meeting attendee. I think our team lead set it up once and it's done its thing automagically since.

The note-taker (and the general app) has a decent UI. I don't get frustratred using the software looking for buttons like the mic or camera. I use Microsoft Teams in Chrome browser, iPhone app, iPad app and soon will be using it on a Windows Desktop/laptop. It intergrates relaly well with platforms I already use. I don't need to change my work environment by much to make this work.

My only dislikes for Microsoft Teams are that the interface isn't the most visually appealing or comforting (although it is streamlined and not too busy); the note-taking/AI assistant sometimes feels like a real member of the chat and can be confusing if you're looking to respond to actual people; from time to time there are issues getting into a meeting which could be entirely a Microsoft servers issue but I don't think I've had this issue once with other platforms including Zoom and Google Meet. MicrosoftTeams is for me the next level collaboration suite integrating Human-to-human communication plus AI -featured functions and document management. I work on a daily basis with Microsoft Teams and the solution replaced phone calls for internal communication with the team , other departments or partners. The performance is okay and better as expected for the video call functionalities. The UI & UX could be more modern but all in all it works and I don't miss functionalities. Onboarding is not really needed as the platform is almost self-explaining. As part of the MS Office Suite we as an organisation benefit from our license agreement and don't need other stack solutions like Google meet or Zoom. Microsoft Teams can feel heavy at times, particularly when I’m switching between chats, meetings, and files. The deep, native integration with the rest of Microsoft 365—specifically Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook—is unmatched and creates a truly unified workflow. Despite the "New Teams" performance updates, the application can still be a significant resource hog, occasionally causing lag during long meetings with many participants or open tabs. The interface can also feel cluttered due to the sheer volume of features, which sometimes makes finding specific settings or older files buried in channels more difficult than it should be. But there are few imrpving areas, like

When we are in meeting with other person , if we installed Lync in out system it won't show that we are in meeting.

It should sync with the Lync software that I am in meeting (This feature is enabled in Zoom tool)
