The many granular options available for deploying content to specific devices are extremely useful, ESPECIALLY the ability to monitor what content a device is using at any given time, or Remote-Streaming multiple devices to help with user troubleshooting. My only gripe about ManageXR is that it lacks the ability to do a reverse-lookup of what content is installed on each device. You can browse each device's app library, but there's no way to search for a specific app, and immediately be shown which devices it's installed on. I've previously asked ManageXR Support to try implementing something like this in the future, and they made it sound like it could be in a future update, so here's hoping! Being able to remotely launch and diagnose app issue has been an extremely valuble tool. Having clients that are across the country and not exactly "tech savy", being able to launch remotely view their screen and guide them through the procedure is invaluable.
