The implementation team has been great to work with. They have all been very patient and understanding while trying to guide our team on how to best leverage the platform for our business while avoid some of the pitfalls they have seen with other clients. In terms of the tool itself, I like that it will simplify a number of processes in the drafting and negotiating contracts. I also like that it will drive consistency in how we all work on contracts and the info the business requestors need to provide upfront when submitting contracts. I also like that it is a collaborative tool where multiple users and easily work on the same document in the tool without tedious back and forth emails. The only real downside I see in using Malbek is in how we choose to configure it. Adding to many custom fields or options for users to select could make it confusing for users. Also, all teammates at UA most likely wont have licenses due to the cost, so there may be instances where some teammates we need to collaborate with, wont have the full functionality. Malbek was able to streamline our contract processes. Went from painstaking and laborious to simple and fool-proof. Implementation was extremeley easy and everyone on the Malbek team that we've worked with has been wonderful to work with. Their solution integrated flawlessly into our system, and they handled all of the heavy lifting. This tool will be used constantly. Couldn't be happier! Initutive application, easy for users regardless of technical experiene to utilize. It is very agile in meeting user requirements while offering a variety of features. The customer support end to end is outstanding. Without the customer support and partnership between the customer and the vendor - smooth implementation and inital user adoption would not occur. What I like best about Malbek is the ease of use and intuitive interface. Non-technical users can make changes without needing coding skills or overburdening the IT department with support tasks. The features are robust and well thought out, allowing for efficient contract management from start to finish. Malbek's professional support team is incredibly response and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or troubleshooting.

One area for improvement is the ability to control users security settings on an as needed basis for individual contracts or documents. The least helpful so far is training. I am tech savvy and it is difficult to follow the new admin. training, too fast and deep. It should be broken up into segments that take a half hour maximum to actively step through the process.
