Listrak allows us to consolidate all our email tools into one place. Their administration tools for our email list are easy to use and quite powerful. With Listrak, we've been able to expand our list, reach our customers easier and more regularly. Our deliverability has also improved since joining with Listrak.
We also use the auto compaigns that Listrak can generate, making it a snap to send relevant marketing emails to our list without a large team building them. I like the features available. The power of building the product recommendation recipes and merchandise blocks to easily be reused inside of multiple emails for personalizations is great. The segment abilities of the platform are robust and easy to adjust filters on the fly when creating campaigns. I also like the composer feature in the email design. Some of the automations have a bit of a learning curve to get the conversation operating correctly. But after one or two you can really dial in and make them do exactly what you want. The self setup can be a challenge. If you are not up to this challenge I highly recommend taking them up on their services for an assisted implementation.
