Additionally, the demand forecast greatly improved the accuracy of our forecasts compared to before using Legion WFM, which enables us to plan more accurately with labor scheduling and be better prepared to deliver great guest experiences. Instead, I have to reach out to support for an account reset and then put the associate through the entire re-onboarding process from scratch.
