This was my first time analyzing a list of 123,500 emails (I haven’t tried it yet with another list), and the analysis results were quite surprising. I compared the same list using Kickbox and my email marketing platform (a major international solution), and the results were significantly different.

I really enjoy using Kickbox for its outstanding email verification capabilities. What stands out the most to me is how accurate and efficient the platform is at identifying invalid or risky email addresses. It’s incredibly easy to use—just upload your list, and Kickbox quickly scans and provides results, saving me time and reducing the risk of sending emails to bad addresses. While Kickbox is a great tool for email verification, there are a few aspects I wish could be improved. One of the main drawbacks is the pricing structure, which can become a bit expensive for smaller businesses or those with large email lists. Kickbox's setup process was extremely easy and quick. We had plenty of initial test credits to test with, and the process was completed very quickly. While kickbox was great for initial validation of our email list, it wasn't sufficiently detailed in the results we got back. In particular, of the emails that were listed as 'valid', many of the emails we tested with were flagged as spam traps, reputation risks, and other risk categories by other tools I tested. Kickbox was extremely accurate on the validity of emails and domains, but wasn't as useful for getting more specific categorization for the valid set. It helps me clean out cleints emails and leads. It is super simple to use and intergrate with my CRM. I use it annually to purge thru emails before sending out follow up email. The API was really responsive and easy to implement in our site, which was being attacked by rogue enquiries entries. Using Kickbox, we rapidly put in place an email validation that was non-invasive in the UX. we are now rolling this out in more depth across our CRM and other assets.
