I love using Keap as our all-in-one CRM, marketing automation, and simple invoicing tool for our small service-based business. The drag-and-drop Automation Builder is hands-down my favorite feature. It lets us create complex workflows visually and intuitively without any coding. The 'When/Then' modules make it easy to automate tasks like sending personalized email sequences and scheduling follow-up calls, which has been a game-changer for consistent lead nurturing without manual work. I also appreciate how Keap integrates natively with Zapier, making it easier to connect with other tools like Typeform, Calendly, and Google Sheets. Bewertung gesammelt von und auf G2.com gehostet.
Pricing and scaling costs — It starts feeling expensive quickly as your contact list grows (we're already seeing higher tiers creep in). The per-contact scaling plus mandatory onboarding/implementation fees for new setups add up fast for a small team. Many competitors offer more generous limits at lower entry points. The initial setup was moderately challenging — not the easiest onboarding we've experienced, but manageable with some dedication. We’re a small team (3 people), none of us are technical experts, so there was definitely a learning curve. Bewertung gesammelt von und auf G2.com gehostet.
