One of the most beneficial aspects of using Josys has been the ability to easily manage SaaS user ledgers online, which were previously managed using Excel or spreadsheet software. By efficiently linking the user ledgers with the master employee data, administrative tasks have been greatly simplified. Not only is the information easier to access and read, but the filtering capabilities have improved ease of use. Cumbersome tasks have been automated, greatly reducing the time and effort required for manual checks. We are also pleased that frequent updates are expected to develop the functionality of the system.

In addition, Josys supports not only SaaS management, but also the management of employee PCs and mobile devices. This feature enables efficient management of excess devices. The ability to handle the unique ID of each device and track ownership history has greatly improved inventory management operations.
