Suspicious emails are detected via various sources (including the IronScales community), and the ones that still get through can be easily reported by your users with the Report Phishing button (Outlook). Identified threats are immediately quarantined from every mailbox in your organization. You can customize the tool to fit your business's needs. The phish testing module makes it easy to organize and schedule tests in your environment and provide immediate feedback/training to your users. I've found IronScales support to be very responsive to our needs and suggestions, and they are constantly improving the product based on customer feedback. I honestly can't really say there's anything I dislike. This is the most comprehensive tool that I've seen that meets all of our needs. There are certain functionalities that from a user-experience side would be beneficial (like the implementation of a blacklist mechanism to block emails from certian domains, instead of working solely on the detections based on AI), but overall we are very happy with the implementation and delivery of Ironscales' services.
