The flexibility is incredibly powerful. This tool meets the needs of our department and continues to remain relevant through further development and enhancements. The UI can be wonky at times. Permissions seem to change at times without explanation. Troubleshooting is a learning experience and not intuitive at times. Lack of Apple devices currently hinders our operation of the application. Lots of bugs, and for a that you rely your business operations on, it does not function. Reporting does not work well and the software in general is buggy. 1 year contracts are for suckers, if the software works well then there is no need to to force clients into a 1 year contract.
