First, $300 a month is a lot, for any thing, let alone a system that supposedly says it can do almost everything and then freeze or worse, have a bug that refuses to let you even touch the thing and leave both you and the customer stranded waiting for a reboot. It has to work on bugs as well as general gimmicks it does, like just not moving on from the first home screen to the next despite clicking on it several times forcing the computer to first freeze and then have to reboot it. The reporting features for iHotelier are also excellent and used company-wide for a number of our hotels. Lastly, their customer service is exceptional and they have a technology team that is equipped to handle advanced tech and tracking issues accordingly -- which proves to be quite useful!
