I really like that every customer gets a personalized thank you card after using our business. We were also able to customize the thank you package with additional magnet that stays with the customer once the cards are thrown away. We have enjoyed the customization and opportunity to create a better customer experience at the tail end. It's very easy to use and we have a great team handling our account. From a product perspective: There are a few services that use robots like Ignite does, but many just print a "handwritten" font on paper. The price difference is marginal when you consider the effect of authenticity. Some services had the same or similar offerings, and some beat Ignite on price. The differentiator here was the customer support.

The fact is that Ignite has the best quality, followup, and support by far. The other services barely followed up with me, and I had very little confidence that they'd be able to help if anything went wrong on our end. Anda was quick, responsive, and wildly helpful.
