Es gibt wenig, was mir an dem System nicht gefällt, da der Verwaltungsbereich es Ihnen ermöglicht, alle Einstellungen an die spezifischen Anforderungen einer Abteilung anzupassen. In einer älteren Version des Systems war der eine störende Aspekt die Unfähigkeit, einfach 'Enter' zu drücken, um eine Suche zu starten, jedoch wurde dies in späteren Updates behoben. As a daily user of qadex, I like how straight forward it is to search for a completed spec & find all relevant information.
As we also use it to complete specs it is a very straight forward process & with the help of our Qadex / Ideagen contact it is made very straight forward if we wish to migrate the spec across.

Anfangs war ich kein Fan dieses Systems, da ich an Google-Dokument-Fragebögen gewöhnt bin, anstatt an ein systembasiertes. Die getrennten Spezifikations- und Fragebogensektionen gefallen mir nicht, aber das wurde mit der Zeit einfacher. Das einzige andere, was mir nicht gefällt, ist, dass jeder Fragebogen einen eigenen Login hat, was für manche nützlich sein könnte, aber für mich nicht, da ich die Login-Nummern ständig aus den Augen verlor. Unsere Organisation verwendet derzeit nur das Dokumentenmodul, aber dieses wird fast täglich genutzt, was für unsere fortlaufende Zertifizierung nach ISO 9001 & 14001 entscheidend ist. Dies hält Dokumentenüberprüfungen und Revisionsnummern kontrolliert und einfach zu verwalten. Die Implementierung wurde professionell mit großartigem Kundensupport vom Ideagen-Team durchgeführt, wobei der Großteil der Implementierung im Hintergrund abgewickelt wurde, bis wir unser Online-Training hatten. Die Integration war für uns kein Problem, da wir bereits mit Q-Pulse vertraut waren, wir mussten jedoch in der Einrichtung und Verwaltung des Programms geschult werden. Vicky is very helpful and supportive. She is proactive with ensuring our account is organised and very responsive to any requests and queries. Cannot see the portal from the supplier perspective so can be difficult to help with queries. If rejecting some questions then the supplier may have no context from the previous questions in the section. This is the same for some questions that relate to earlier questions, but you can no longer see them. Updating the format for an SAQ/spec is restrictive. Would be useful to get alerts e.g. an email that lets you know when a supplier has completed a new spec, for example. It relies on checking up rather than being triggered.
