It is difficult to know if we are blocking good traffic. Adding super detailed rules sounds good but then we hear about folks being blocked that shouldn't be. I think it would be best if we had a resource hyper managing the rules and very active in disabling and refining. I don't know that it was clear that we would need that level of care and feeding.

Their team is very helpful and has been willing and able to work with us to make sure that HUMAN works with our infrastruture and needs.
