Wie die meisten Insights-Plattformen hat GWI ein KI-gesteuertes Tool in seinen Arbeitsablauf integriert, das ich im Interesse der Ausgewogenheit nicht als besonders nützlich empfunden habe. Es gibt eine riesige Menge an Informationen innerhalb von GWI, die ich auf die übliche Weise abrufen kann, aber ich habe noch nicht festgestellt, dass die KI besser darin ist, mir zu ermöglichen, ihre Daten zu hinterfragen. Die Unflexibilität bei der Änderung von Attributen in einer Kreuztabelle, z.B. dass man nicht in der Lage ist, zusammengeführte Gruppen zu bearbeiten. Entscheidend ist, dass es schwierig ist, dass einige unserer Magazintitel nur auf GWI Core Plus existieren und wir sie nicht in Verbindung mit Core Zetgeist-Attributen verwenden können. Ich liebe, wie einfach und intuitiv die Arbeit mit GWI ist. Die Struktur der Abschnitte und die Suchleiste tragen weiter zur schnellen und effektiven Arbeit bei. Die Dashboards habe ich letztes Jahr entdeckt und ich kann sagen, dass sie sehr hilfreich sind, wenn man mehr über ein bestimmtes Publikum herausfinden muss und verschiedene Dinge berücksichtigen möchte. Das neue Feature - Dashboards als PNG exportieren - ist auch großartig, da sie direkt in Präsentationen eingefügt werden können. Der Kundenservice ist schnell und hilfsbereit. While there's lots of things I like about the product in terms of UI and the new AI functionality, the thing I actually like most about it is that the data stacks up against other trusted 3rd party sources in my market. This makes it very easy for me and my clients to trust comparitive data for other markets - which we use a lot. I'm not a huge fan of the way the data has been siloed so that you have to pay an extra subscription to get the full dataset. I understand why this happens though, so it's not a huge issue.

- Many bugs in the platform (like search fields not working), search buttons are hidden, Waves sometimes come up, which are not in the system etc.

The two biggest complaints are the underprovision of lifestyle statements and stacking monthly topics or combining datsets is severely restricted by sample sizes and locations. Datsets beyond core such as the zeitgeist topics are incredible for providing more detail into how content makes consumers FEEL, but restricts you to the wave, sample size and locations of that particular topic. While I understand the cross market translation challenges of lifestyle statements or more qualtiative experience based questions - the statements we do have tend to feel repetitive.
