Gephi is an amazing visualization tool. It is user friendly and the GUI is very self explanatory . It is the best tool for network analysis. It allows us to easily apply various filters on the network graph to make the graph more readable. We can calculate many statistical parameters such average degree, clustering coefficient, network diameter, modularity etc. We can then change the size and color of nodes according to the parameters for analyzing the network. The layout algorithms when run on large networks, can really load your processor. It also has high battery usage. The worst drawback is that you cannot undo a change done to your network in gephi.
