Fooda was extremely easy to use! My employer had us order our lunch every day using Fooda, it had a great list of restaurants and all of their different category separations made it easy to find what I wanted (A salad.) If I decided I wanted another lunch or was out sick that day the live chat feature made it easy for me to cancel or make a change! If food was slow I would get a live update about my delivery. Fooda offers a delivery window that is consistently missed (tracked at 80% miss). There are also times when orders will get cancelled with no food substitution and no follow-up contact. Food is often luke-warm or cold. Customer support also lacks follow through. Although they are willing to often refund if a delivery window was missed, or an order was delivered incorrectly - they never offer long-term solutions to a consistent problem. Their user interface isn't very good. For example, my company privately employs fooda to serve food, but there is also another place in our building that serves food. I had to sign up to be able to toggle between the two different services. I know that others in my company have felt the same frustration.
