The product is easy to learn and use even for beginners. There are wide variety of tools to address many different problems. Cost - not practical from a developing countries' perspective and the high cost nullifies the benefits it provide, when compared to many open source GIS software available today. It is not the best when it comes to analysis satellite imagery. The software is also quite heavy, to run on a old machine with less RAM could be challenging.
