DATABASICS doesn't recognize overnight shifts (when applicable). My employees have a hard time entering their time when they have an overnight shift. Uploading new hires is tedious, and kind of a pain. There isn't an easy way to add a new employee without having to upload all the data necessary through an FTP. I like least, the constant warnings that it gives when I try to submit my timesheet. I find this cubersome and not worthwhile as, often times, I will have a template saved with certain jobs that I may not have done any work in the current timesheet period.
