The onboarding process was handled so well and made myself and the entire office feel at ease during the transition. They were onsite all day for the first week to make sure the coffee, water, ice machines were all working appropriately and training the staff on how to use the new machines to ensure everyone was happy and excited. The amount of care, attention and time that our crafty account rep dedicated to us was very helpful and switching to Crafty saved the company so much money each year because of the negotiated pricing they received with top tier vendors.
