Ich mag es nicht, dass man bei CMiC mehrmals einreichen muss, damit die Felder genau gespeichert werden. Zum Beispiel, bei einem RFI, wenn man es von "offen" zu "Antwort vollständig" ändern möchte und das Datum und den Namen des EOR, der geantwortet hat, behalten möchte, muss man mehrmals bearbeiten und einreichen. There are always glitches. Our balances are always off because the system has a glitch and changes a number and then you spend hours trying to figure out why the balances are off. When you try to contact support they always tell you 'I have created a ticket for this item' or 'it is in programming' and if they fix anything, it takes months. They try to charge you for any little change you want in a report. We have one report that is always off because of a glitch in the system they can't fix so we have to use a different report but the other report doesn't have everything we need displayed on it. I like that the software encompasses all parts and items of construction accounting. The software allows you to enter whatever information you'd like and will highlight red if it is incorrect. I dislike that quite often I will go through every line item needed and enter a value for the retention for example and when I refresh the page, the values entered do not save and are recalculated to the base 10% and I have to go and re enter the information all over again.
