The training docs we not useful when we implemented back in 2014. It took us a year to properly document document our processes and train our staff. Ich mag es nicht, dass man bei CMiC mehrmals einreichen muss, damit die Felder genau gespeichert werden. Zum Beispiel, bei einem RFI, wenn man es von "offen" zu "Antwort vollständig" ändern möchte und das Datum und den Namen des EOR, der geantwortet hat, behalten möchte, muss man mehrmals bearbeiten und einreichen.
